Restaurant Our menu provides a wide range of authentic Thai dishes. The fresh ingredients and Thai cooking methods ensure a fresh and healthy meal. No additives, MSG or Nuts are used in our kitchen. Vegetarian and Gluten free dishes are available.		A new restaurant called ThaiFusion, located between Amersham and Little Chalfont in Buckinghamshire, opened in 2008. It includes a 50 seat Restaurant, A Tapas Bar and a Cookery school.
Tapas Bar The Tapas Bar offers a quick tasty snack or lunch menu. The dishes are served with a choice of different sauces on the side to dip and try. Tasting platters are ideal for sharing, or if you are new to Thai food, or keen to try new dishes without having to order a full size dish.	Jazz Evenings are on the 1st Thursday of each month. 2009 dates:- Thursday 5th March, 2nd April, 7th May, 4th June, 2nd July, 6th August, 3rd September, 1st October, 5th November, 3rd December

	Tuesday to Thursday:	12.00 to 2.30pm and 6.00 to 9.30pm
	Friday:	12.00 to 2.30pm and 5.00pm to 9.30pm (5-6pm Tapas Happy Hour)
	Saturday:	6.00 to 9.30pm
	Sunday:	1.00 to 5.00pm - Family Friendly Sunday Buffet
	We are closed Saturday Lunch and all day Monday except for large private party bookings.
