The ThaiFusion Cookery School will be holding cookery courses on

• Wednesday 12th November
• Saturday 15th November Family Cookery School
• Wednesday 26th November
• Saturday 29th November

Further dates for next year will be released in December.

Most courses start at 9:30 for 10:00 and end by 2:30pm, or start at 1 for 1:30 and end by 6:30 and evening courses can be arranged. There are normally a maximum of 6 students. During the class you will be shown a selection of Thai ingredients, and you will be shown how to use them. You will be shown 3 dishes which you will cook yourself, with the support of the Thai Fusion staff. At the end you will be taken through to the restaurant, where you will eat your own creations accompanied by a glass of wine.

The normal day course costs £95 each, with reduced prices for shorter courses, student courses and family sessions.
If you wish to take all 6 places on a course, we will only charge you for 5.
