The ThaiFusion Cookery School, along with our Restaurant and Tapas Bar, is located between Amersham and Little Chalfont in Buckinghamshire.

We can host business or club meetings with WiFi available, and at lunch time, we offer a team building event focusing on cooking your own lunch. Please call us to discuss your requirements.

The School is open to individuals, groups, clubs, businesses, adults and children, and is ideal for hosting parties and corporate events.

The Cookery School offers a range of classes, from full days, to cook your own Thai lunch events.
On a typical one day course you will welcomed with a refreshing drink, and then have an introduction to Thai ingredients. The Chef will then show you how to prepare and cook an authentic Thai dish. You will then reproduce the dish yourself with guidance from the Thai fusion team. A second demonstration dish will then be prepared in the same way. You will then be guided through the lunch preparation and cooking. You will then cook and eat lunch with the other students. After a relaxed lunch with wine included, the afternoon will focus on a specific skill, technique or trade secret. Every course will include the preparation of a Thai curry paste. You will be able to change the proportions to suite your own taste, and take home your own paste, along with recipe cards for every dish you have been shown.
